What Standard Porta Potty Rental Covers
Last updated: November 2026
These terms apply to standard portable toilet rental arranged with MN Toilet Pros in Grant, Minnesota. The rental covers the agreed unit, delivery to the confirmed location, scheduled servicing if included in your quote, and pickup at the agreed time.
Your quote or order confirmation states the unit count, rental period, service frequency, site access needs, and any separately approved charges. Customers must provide a safe, accessible placement area and tell us about site conditions that could affect delivery or service.
Standard rental does not include accessible units, hand-wash stations, restroom trailers, holding tanks, pumping beyond the agreed service, plumbing work, special cleaning, or emergency visits unless the written order includes them. We will discuss separate work and obtain approval before adding it.
Customers remain responsible for lawful use and wastewater handling. Applicable requirements may include OSHA 29 CFR 1926.51 and 1910.141, the 2010 ADA Standards, the Clean Water Act, Minnesota Rules Chapter 7041, and relevant plumbing rules. Requirements depend on the site and work.
Setting, Changing, or Canceling a Service Date
We schedule delivery, servicing, and pickup with you and confirm the dates, service location, access instructions, and rental details in writing when practical. Please provide accurate directions and identify gates, restricted hours, soft ground, overhead wires, or other obstacles before the scheduled visit.
A requested date is not confirmed until MN Toilet Pros accepts it. Timing may change because of weather, road conditions, equipment issues, or site access; we will contact you if a change is needed.
Tell us as soon as possible if you need to cancel or change a booking. Any notice period, cancellation charge, or rescheduling condition will be stated in your quote or confirmation; if none is stated, contact us to discuss the request before the scheduled service.
A change to unit count, rental length, service frequency, or location may affect availability and cost. We will explain the change and obtain your approval before proceeding with added work. We cannot guarantee a requested change until it is confirmed.
Written Quotes and Payment Responsibilities
MN Toilet Pros prepares quotes from the information you provide, including the site address, rental dates, number and type of units, servicing needs, and access conditions. The written quote identifies the included work and charges known at that time.
It is not a final order until you approve it and we confirm availability. If site conditions or requested work differ from the details supplied, the quote may need to be revised before service begins.
Payment timing, accepted payment methods, taxes, and any deposit or other charge will be shown in your quote or order confirmation. Please follow those stated terms; do not assume a payment schedule that is not written there.
If you request additional units, visits, or other work, we will explain any price change and ask for approval before adding it, except where immediate action is needed to address a safety concern. Questions about an invoice should be raised promptly so we can review the order and explain the charge. No specific price or financing offer is promised by these terms.
What We Can Stand Behind
MN Toilet Pros will provide the rental and related work described in your confirmed order. These terms do not create a separate workmanship warranty, set a warranty duration, or promise a particular result beyond what is expressly stated in writing for your order. If a unit or service does not match the confirmed arrangement, contact us with the location, service date, and details so we can review the issue and discuss an appropriate response.
Any written warranty or service commitment provided for a specific order controls according to its stated scope and duration. Coverage may not apply to damage, blockage, contamination, relocation, or other problems caused by misuse, unauthorized changes, third parties, or conditions outside our control.
Tell us about such circumstances promptly; we will assess them based on the facts and the written order. Nothing in this section limits rights that cannot legally be waived.
For questions about a particular commitment, contact MN Toilet Pros before relying on an informal statement as a warranty.
Responsibility for Loss and Site Conditions
To the extent allowed by law, MN Toilet Pros is not responsible for pre-existing site conditions, inaccurate information supplied by the customer, unsafe or blocked access, misuse of rented equipment, or actions of people outside our control. Customers should identify underground utilities and hazards and secure required site permissions before delivery.
We are not responsible for indirect or consequential losses where the law permits that exclusion. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for a claim related to a service is limited to the amount paid for the affected service.
This limit does not apply where applicable law prohibits it, including liability that cannot legally be waived.
Customers and site operators remain responsible for meeting requirements that apply to their project. These may include OSHA 29 CFR 1926.51 for construction sanitation, OSHA 29 CFR 1910.141 for general sanitation, 2010 ADA Standards for accessible facilities, Clean Water Act discharge rules, and Minnesota Rules Chapter 7041 for septage management. Applicable plumbing requirements depend on the work and site; these terms do not replace regulatory guidance.

Changes do not alter a confirmed order unless you and MN Toilet Pros agree to the change or the law requires otherwise. The version applicable to your order is the one identified in its booking materials, subject to any later written agreement. If any provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply where permitted.
Daniel Larson
Service Expert at MN Toilet Pros
I started this company after years working around portable sanitation and seeing how much a clean, well-placed unit matters on a job site or at a busy event. I’m based in the Grant area, where gravel drives, changing site conditions, and Minnesota freeze-thaw weather make planning delivery and service just as important as the toilet itself.
